Welcome back to another Sunday Stock Talk, today I want to break down a play that really caught my eye this week: WeBull (ticker: ).

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I love setups where the risk-to-reward is massively in our favor, especially when the chart and fundamentals line up like this one.

🧠 The Big Picture

Most of you probably know WeBull as a trading app, maybe you even use it. But what’s exciting here is that WeBull isn’t just another brokerage; it’s a direct competitor to Robinhood (HOOD), and right now it’s trading at a tiny fraction of Robinhood’s value.

• WeBull Market Cap: ~$5 billion

• Robinhood Market Cap: ~$129 billion

That means WeBull is about 4–5% the size of Robinhood.
And whenever I see a quality business trading that small compared to its peers, I immediately think underdog setup.

This whole thing actually reminds me a lot of our AMD vs. NVIDIA thesis.
Back in the day, AMD was only about 6% of NVIDIA’s market cap… and now it’s doubled since then.

That’s the kind of underdog multiple setup I’m seeing again with WeBull.

💰 The Business Model

I like to think of WeBull’s business as “selling the shovels in the gold rush.”

Instead of mining the gold (like traders trying to beat the market), WeBull profits by providing the platform where everyone trades, just like Robinhood.

Commission-free trading, simple interface, and growing retail volume, it’s a proven model that Robinhood already validated.

The difference is valuation:
Robinhood already ran up, while WeBull is still at the starting line.

And that’s what gets me interested — WeBull’s in the same business, but at a fraction of the price.

📊 The Chart Setup

This chart looks absolutely amazing.

WeBull went public around April, IPO’ing at about $80/share, way too high, similar to Roblox and Palantir when they first hit the market.
Then, just like those names, it crashed 85%, bottoming out around $11.

That’s where opportunity lives.

When everyone’s forgotten about a name, when sentiment is dead, that’s where smart money starts accumulating.

The RSI right now is deeply oversold, signaling that the stock’s near exhaustion on the selling side. My perfect entry zone is around $10–$10.31, which I think is the sweet spot for long-term buyers.

🔁 Historical Parallels

This setup isn’t new — we’ve seen this movie before.

Back in 2022, Robinhood was in the same situation: losing money, sentiment crushed, everyone calling it dead. Fast forward to now — Robinhood is profitable and trading with real growth again.

The earnings trajectory of WeBull right now looks just like Robinhood’s back in 2021–2022. They’re burning a bit of cash, but the underlying business is scaling fast. I believe WeBull could follow that same path — from early-stage losses to strong profitability in a few years.

And remember what happened to Palantir (PLTR) and Roblox (RBLX) once they hit profitability? They both 5x’d after long accumulation periods.

🧮 Risk vs. Reward

At these levels, WeBull is giving us one of those setups where downside is limited, but upside could be exponential.

• Near-term: ~38% upside is conservative if we get even a moderate rebound to fair value.

• Long-term (2–3 years): We could be looking at 300–500%+ potential, just like we saw with Palantir and Roblox.

If you missed Robinhood when it was under $10 or SoFi when it was still a single-digit sleeper, this might be your second chance.

🕒 Time Horizon & Strategy

This is not a “get-rich-next-month” play.

I’m looking at WeBull as a 2–3 year hold, minimum.
We’ll likely see sideways consolidation, that’s exactly what happened with Palantir, Roblox, and even Grab before their big moves.

But that’s okay. The accumulation phase is where you build your position, not where you expect fireworks.

When sentiment finally flips, you’re already in, that’s how real long-term wins are made.

Patience pays.

📈 Market Cap Advantage

This is something I always look for:

It’s way easier to move a $5B stock than a $60B one.

Think about PayPal (PYPL) right now, great company, but at a $67B market cap, you’re not getting 10x upside anymore.

💡 3. The Strategy: Call Debit Spread

Instead of buying regular calls (which are expensive), I’m using a call debit spread - a defined-risk strategy that allows huge upside with small capital.

Here’s the breakdown of my current setup:

• Buy: Dec 2026 $130 Call

• Sell: Dec 2026 $135 Call

• Cost: ~$17–$25 per contract

• Max Value: $500 per contract

If PayPal closes above $135, each contract becomes worth $500 - that’s a potential 3,000%+ gain depending on your entry.

🧠 4. The Math Behind It

PayPal currently earns around $1.25B per quarter.

If this trend continues, $5B annual net income is realistic.

At a modest P/E of 20, that would justify a stock price of ~$135–$150, right where our spread maxes out

CPI & Inflation: This week’s CPI report, released one hour before market open, will be key in shaping Fed policy expectations. With Jerome Powell holding off on rate cuts due to Trump tariffs and potential inflation pressures, the data could spark significant volatility. A softer CPI may boost rate-cut hopes and lift markets, while a hotter print could trigger a pullback as investors price in “higher for longer” rates.

• Setup: Breaking out of consolidation with a cup-and-handle formation on the daily chart.

2. C3ai

• Setup: Strong technical structure similar to Palantir and Coinbase early breakouts.

• Current Price: ~$22.

• Buy Zone: $20 — prime entry for long-term shares.

• Potential: Possible multi-year 10x opportunity given AI sector growth. Waiting for post-earnings clarity before entering.

3. Gartner

• Setup: Recently hammered after earnings, now at strong support with extremely oversold RSI.

• Buy Zone: Current support level; stop-loss just below it.

• Potential: Double-bottom reversal setup.

4. United Parcel Service

• Setup: Blue-chip stock at 10-year lows.

• Buy Zone: Current level — aligned with 2013 support.

• Potential: Attractive for long-term value investors; cheap entry into a stable dividend stock.

5. UnitedHealthCare

• Setup: Beaten down heavily from DOJ investigations and earnings misses.

• Buy Zone: $209 support — potential bounce area for weekly calls or quick trades.

• Trade Idea: Day trade calls on support for a possible 100% short-term gain.

6. Snapchat

• Setup: Oversold at major historical support after earnings drop.

• Current Price: ~$7.

• Buy Zone: Right at current levels for long-term swing.

• Potential: Possible 66% upside if it recovers from here.

This Semiconductor ETF is a stock that tracks a bunch of Semiconductor stocks like , ,, etc. This is going to be a perfect example of a strategy that I call “sector rotation”. We have the sector ETF that is looking bullish: by breaking the downtrend of the symmetrical triangle the technical analysis is bullish once we break and close above the resistance. Inside the ETF it’s holdings are also looking bullish giving us a very high probability of a breakout for the overall sector.

2. TSM

I put first on the list because it is probably the most familiar technical analysis setup when it comes to chart patterns. We have played many ascending triangle setups as mentioned on Discord like recently being our play on Apple & Tesla.

3. NVDA

has been consolidating for couple of months. Recently it broke out of it’s downtrend channel giving us a bullish signal for all time highs.

4. MU

sitting at a critical level of support at $85. It has been hold this support for the past year. As Semiconductor stocks are looking bullish picking right at support might not be a bad idea. As long as if it holds this level of support we should be looking good. If the whole Semiconductor ETF runs this will run too filling the gap and hitting $108 in a month.

5. AMD

on average moves 10% to the either side on the monthly timeframe. I got 4 calls that I am swinging with a month of time on them. Been consolidating and holding this support for the past 3 weeks. I do think we see 136 lowest in 3-4 weeks.

stock has been bottoming out on the daily timeframe. On the weekly timeframe we have a double bottom which is a previous level of support. We also have a descending triangle setup which means we need to hold this level for us to be bullish. RSI on the daily and weekly are at oversold levels also. Made a full video on Stock.

By now you might have realized that in this watchlist there have been 3 semiconductor stocks and now . like our previous setups looks also similar but the key thing here is that we NEED to hold this level of support. Bullish on Semis as we go into 2025.

We got Inflation numbers this week on Tuesday and Wednesday, expect some volatility.

bottomed out at $510 with oversold RSI but we are now approaching a level of resistance. We are still in a downtrend so the question remains, will we breakout of this downtrend this week?

3. AMC Stock Bounce off Support

$4.36 is a critical level of support for $AMC. I want to play the bounce off this level with shares with a very tight stop loss.

Incredible A+ Setup on sitting at the lowest level it has ever been since 2005. RSI also looks amazing sitting at oversold levels. I want to buy shares right at market open to the play the bounce. The risk to reward is amazing and the probability is insane.

Watching $SHOP puts at market open below $56.90 price target $55.50, weekly puts for a day trade. $SHOP average red day is like -3% on stock. Quick day trade. Need to open red for me to take puts. Will alert entry on Discord.

We got Tesla reporting earnings on Tuesday, Meta on Wednesday and Microsoft on Thursday. We will be seeing a lot of volatility in the markets as these blue chip companies report earnings this week as well as next week.

is at a critical level of support of $495. The RSI indicator is at oversold level. The has been down 5% this month. The market sentiment is bullish since the probability of us bouncing is higher than going lower.

very similar to . Massive support of $413 which was a previous resistance. The RSI is at oversold levels.

3. - Weekly Calls To Play Bounce

$400 level is a respectable level of support. I want to play weekly call options to play a quick bounce off the support. Just 1 green day for the stock 1%-2% can result in a quick 50%-100% on Weekly Call Options.

4. - Weekly Calls To Play Breakout

This is the number 1 play that I am watching this week. An amazing A+ setup with a ascending triangle setup on the daily timeframe. Bullish above $222 Price Target $225 weekly.

5. - Bitcoin Mining Company, 1 Year Hold Shares Play

We just had the Bitcoin halving last week on Friday. Bitcoin is consolidating on the daily and the chart also looks amazing. $9 is a great buy for shares for a 1 year hold.

Apple - 1-3 Month Swing

sitting right at weekly support of $169. Holding the support very nicely for a 1-3 month call option swing. Summer is typically bullish for Apple because of its anticipated Apple event.

Nike - Shares + Long Swing

Got a month out call options and a lot of shares to play the bounce off the level of support.

hit a all time high of $178 in 2021 and has now been consolidating and trading sideways for more than a year now. We have a symmetrical triangle formation and have hit a critical level of support. The stock is sitting at a daily and weekly support. The trade plan is to buy low and sell high. Buy the low off the support and play the bounce to the resistance price target $120+. Stop loss close below the support on the weekly timeframe.

RSI is a indicator that tells us if a stock is overbought or oversold and it has given us a oversold alert. There is also a huge volume spike. Huge volume spike means a increase in trading activity especially because of it’s earnings report. is a blue chip stock which means we have a higher probability that we follow through with this setup since we got a lot of eyes on this stock.

The reason why Nike stock dropped and hit this level of support is because of it’s earnings report that got released last week. We got headlines of Nike declining sales in China. A perfect opportunity to buy the dip on for Nike Stock!

This is our 3rd time playing Apple this year. The previous 2 times we had amazing gains by playing the bounce off of the support. On the daily and weekly $180 is a huge level of support for $AAPL.
