Hey everyone,
In my latest video, I broke down one of the biggest, most calculated trades I’ve ever shared publicly, a potential 3,000% gain on PayPal within roughly 400 days.
We’re already up over 27% on this play inside the Discord, and I’m planning to add more soon. Here’s a quick summary of how it all comes together:
📊 1. Why PayPal
While most tech stocks: Meta, Tesla, Nvidia, Roblox, Coinbase — have recovered from the 2022 crash, PayPal is still trading near 2017 levels despite maintaining strong fundamentals.
2024 net income: ~$4.2B
On track for $5B in 2025, which would be record earnings
Trades at just 14x forward earnings, a major undervaluation
Share buybacks
This makes PayPal one of the few large-cap tech stocks that hasn’t priced in recovery yet
⚙️ 2. The Setup
We’ve seen this pattern before — multi-year consolidation followed by a breakout when fundamentals flip.
Stocks like Roblox, Snowflake, and Palantir all followed this same cycle:
Accumulate → Recover earnings → Explode upward
PayPal is entering that same zone right now.
💡 3. The Strategy: Call Debit Spread
Instead of buying regular calls (which are expensive), I’m using a call debit spread - a defined-risk strategy that allows huge upside with small capital.
Here’s the breakdown of my current setup:
Buy: Dec 2026 $130 Call
Sell: Dec 2026 $135 Call
Cost: ~$17–$25 per contract
Max Value: $500 per contract
If PayPal closes above $135, each contract becomes worth $500 - that’s a potential 3,000%+ gain depending on your entry.
🧠 4. The Math Behind It
PayPal currently earns around $1.25B per quarter.
If this trend continues, $5B annual net income is realistic.
At a modest P/E of 20, that would justify a stock price of ~$135–$150, right where our spread maxes out
⚠️ 5. Risk Reminder
This is a high-risk, high-reward trade. Only use capital you’re willing to lose. The volatility on these long-dated out-of-the-money options is intense, prices swing fast.
But if the thesis plays out, this could be one of those once-every-few-years setups.
